Delivery Service

Delivery is available within our designated delivery area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on:

Distance from our restaurant

We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. You must be available to receive your delivery at the specified address. If you are not available, we may leave the order at your door or return it to the restaurant without refund.

Pickup Orders

Pickup orders will be ready at the estimated time provided. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID if you paid by credit card. We are not responsible for orders left unclaimed beyond the pickup time.

Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following:

Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins

Once food preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled

Catering orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements may be provided at our discretion for:

Food quality issues

Missing items

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order receipt. We reserve the right to deny refunds for orders that have been consumed or after this time period.

Reservations and Events

Restaurant Reservations

Reservations are recommended but not required for dine-in service. We will do our best to accommodate your reservation time, but we cannot guarantee specific table locations. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, or your reservation may be released.

Banquet Hall Bookings

Our banquet hall is available for private events. Bookings require:

A signed event contract

A non-refundable deposit

Final guest count confirmation at least 7 days prior to the event

Payment of the remaining balance on or before the event date

Cancellation policies for banquet hall events are outlined in the event contract.

Catering Services

Catering orders require advance notice (minimum 48 hours). Final details must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/service time will forfeit the deposit.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

IMPORTANT: If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, you must inform us when placing your order. While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens.

Cross-contamination may occur. If you have severe allergies, please consult with our staff before ordering.

Intellectual Property

You may not:

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is subject to additional terms and conditions, including:

Points are earned on qualifying purchases only

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred

Rewards expire according to program terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time

Fraudulent activity may result in account termination and forfeiture of points

Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:
